Happy Birthday Miss Quincie

Today is Elizabeth's half sister Quincie's 9th birthday.  To me she is my other daughter.  I have been in her life since she was only 19 months old.  I love her as my own.  I made this video of both the girls for her birthday.  I love them both so much!!
